To recognise excellence and encourage high-quality contributions, this conference proudly presents a series of awards that celebrate outstanding research, creativity, and presentation. These awards are designed to highlight original scholarship, innovative communication, and impactful ideas that advance knowledge and practice in the field. Each award will be assessed against clear and rigorous criteria to ensure fairness and transparency in the selection process.
Eligibility Conditions
Must be an original work not published or under review elsewhere.
Submitted within the conference’s official deadlines and in the required format.
Evaluation Criteria
Originality and Innovation (30%) – Demonstrates novel concepts, approaches, or findings that significantly advance knowledge in the field.
Relevance and Contribution (25%) – Aligns with the conference theme and provides meaningful contributions to theory, practice, or policy.
Methodological Rigor (20%) – Employs sound research design, methodology, and analysis.
Clarity and Structure (15%) – Well-organised, logically presented, and free from major language or formatting issues.
Impact and Applicability (10%) – Shows potential for real-world application or influence in the discipline.
Eligibility Conditions
Video must be an original production related to the conference theme.
Duration must comply with conference guidelines: Panel presentations not to exceed 10 minutes. Please also include a brief introduction of yourself in the video presentation (ONLY name, position, and university/organisation)
Must be submitted in the specified format and resolution by 1 October 2025.
Evaluation Criteria
Content Relevance (30%) – Effectively communicates a concept, research outcome, or case study linked to the conference topic.
Creativity and Engagement (25%) – Uses innovative storytelling, visuals, and sound to capture and sustain viewer interest.
Clarity and Structure (20%) – Presents ideas in a logical, easy-to-follow sequence.
Technical Quality (15%) – High-quality visuals, audio, and editing that enhance understanding.
Impact and Memorability (10%) – Leaves a strong, lasting impression on the audience.
Eligibility Conditions
Presentation must be delivered live (in-person or online) during the conference program.
Presented by a registered participant who is the author or co-author of the work.
Must adhere to allotted time and technical requirements.
Evaluation Criteria
Content Quality (30%) – Relevant, accurate, and comprehensive coverage of the topic.
Delivery and Communication Skills (30%) – Clear speech, confident body language, and effective pacing.
Visual Aids (20%) – Professional, well-designed slides or other visuals that support the presentation.
Audience Engagement (10%) – Ability to maintain interest and respond effectively to questions.
Adherence to Time and Structure (10%) – Stays within time limits and presents in a logical flow.
